Great response to my inquiry about a new Avalon and financing options. I experienced very courteous service with all contacts. Chris and Theo were supportive but not pushy. The building is nice, it is clean and the people that work there are just like the Toyota brad... quality. With my experience with them, I didn't have anyone feeding me a bunch of garbage and then force you to come inside and sign a few papers super fast so they (the sales rep. or dealer) can make "another sale." Glenn Toyota will treat you with respect and they really care about you and your needs. They won't force you or grill you to pick a car and buy it... they gave me all the time I needed (several days) to figure out what I wanted. (3) the sales representative (Chris Stewart) was great. He was genuinely kind, he got me the information I needed so I could make a decision on what vehicle I wanted to purchase. He was very knowledgeable about the Toyota brand and all the vehicles they carry, and was very helpful in finding me the car that I wanted. He made me and my girlfriend feel comfortable and gave me all the confidence in the world to purchase my new Toyota Camry. Simply put, he made the whole process very easy for me and I highly recommend Glenn Toyota and Chris Stewart. More

Chris was very professional and polite. He answered all of our questions and was attentive and responsive without being intrusive. When we requested time alone to discuss various things, he afforded us th of our questions and was attentive and responsive without being intrusive. I went to Glenn Toyota for a new 2011 4Runner. Salesman Chris Stewart greeted me as if he was greeting me into his home. All the employees at the dealership were kind and courteous. My salesman even held Chris Stewart greeted me as if he was greeting me into his home. All the employees at the dealership were kind and courteous. My salesman even held an umbrella for me so I wouldn't get wet when I returned to pick up the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about the 4Runner and before I left, he went above and beyond to show me how to operate it. I have never owned a large vehicle such as this before and had no knowledge of how to operate it. He took his time to show me how and I was so very appreciative of that. He wanted me to feel comfortable driving it off the lot. He even gave me a call at the end of the day to see if I had any questions and how I was doing. I cannot say enough about this dealership and salesman Chris Stewart. I purchased my 2007 Camry at Glenn Toyota 5 years ago and now the 2011 4Runner today. I highly recommend Glenn Toyota and will continue to purchase my vehicles only from this dealership. More

I went to Glenn Toyota this weekend to find a new Camry SE and trade in my 2003 4Runner. Upon arrival, Chris greeted me and asked if he could be of assistance. I informed him of what kind of car I was look SE and trade in my 2003 4Runner. Upon arrival, Chris greeted me and asked if he could be of assistance. I informed him of what kind of car I was looking for and he promptly brought a car around for me to look at. He ended up bringing me three different Camry's to see and told me what their differences and similarties. Once I decided on which one I wanted, Chris worked diligently with the Sales Manager, Elvis, to get me the best deal on the Camry and best trade in value for my 4Runner they could find. Once we agreed on the trade, Chris walked me through all the safety features and Toyota Care program. Chris was very thorough in explaining everything and answered all my questions. Glenn Toyota will be the only place I will buy cars from in the future and I will definitely recommend Glenn Toyota to anyone looking for a new Toyota. More
