I had a great experience at Gosh Ford Temecula and was very impressed with their service. I originally came in just for an oil change and even dropped my car off the night before my appointment around 8:0 very impressed with their service. I originally came in just for an oil change and even dropped my car off the night before my appointment around 8:00 PM. By the next day, my car was already ready by about 2:00 PM. Not only did they complete the oil change quickly, but they also took care of a recall on my car without me even asking—and it was finished by 4:00 PM, which worked out perfectly since that’s when I got off work. On top of that, they noticed a damaged part, ordered a replacement, and told me they would replace it for free. That truly felt like going above and beyond. My service advisor, Rigo, was amazing—very hospitable, respectful, and kind. He explained everything clearly and never made me feel talked down to, which unfortunately has happened to me at other shops. As a girl whose not uneducated on cars, that meant a lot to me. To compare, my brother recently went to aaron Ford of Lake Elsinore for the exact same services, and they had his car for two full days. He never received a single call with updates—we had to call them ourselves the entire time. The difference in communication and efficiency was night and day. Because of this experience, both my brother and I will be going to Gosh Ford Temecula from now on. I highly recommend them for their excellent service, communication, and professionalism. More

The communication was terrible. I had to contact the service department to find out the status of my truck due to the lack of communication. Wonderful experience with Donte, who did a mobile service for our vehicle. He was friendly, professional, on time and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to perform a recall service on site so we would not for our vehicle. He was friendly, professional, on time and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to perform a recall service on site so we would not have to drop off our vehicle at the dealership. He had some excellent recommendations regarding maintenance. This was my first time at Gosch Ford Temecula. My F-150 was towed in due to a coolant leak. My service advisor was Chris Vecchi and he was upfront and honest about costs, parts and repairs.
