Easy, knowledgeable, no hard sell. I was an owner of a 2002 Highlander and it was time for me to let her go. RAV4 was my focus. My brother James had spoken with Fernando Taveras prior t I was an owner of a 2002 Highlander and it was time for me to let her go. RAV4 was my focus. My brother James had spoken with Fernando Taveras prior to our visit to the dealership. Upon our arrival we were greeted promptly by the desk and Fernando acknowledged with a smile the conversation he had with my brother. We were then matched up with Chris Williams. I was a little nervous about the whole buying/leasing process so my brother took the wheel so to speak. Chris was very approachable/professional/knowledgeable and directed us to the car we wanted. Before I knew it I was the proud owner of a leased 2018 RAV4. The process was a little overwhelming for me, but my brother has dealt with Advantage for several toyota cars and he knew the drill. I have to say our experience with Grisela Quintanilla was quite amazing. It had been quite a few hours for us and Grisela swept us into her office and worked her insurance magic. She was no nonsense, extremely professional on the phone with one of my Liberty Mutual brokers. Grisela actually gave me name/quote of a different insurance broker in order to save me money. Great team at Advantage Toyota Valley Stream. More

MY FIRST CAR 🚗 Mostafa Zaghloul & Chris williams Was amazingggggggg! They were very warm & welcoming. They throughly explained everything to me about the cars features, how much my payments will be. The warranty, etc. I was so overjoyed I literally Burt into tear in his office! I leased a 2016 Toyota Corolla I commend Anthony Olivera on his experience & knowledge in helping me to select another Toyota Corolla. I appreciated his demeanor & willingness to answer my questions. He was very patient & went out of his way to make sure I understood the ins & outs of my new car. He made sure I would have an apron on the back of the car & a cargo net inside the trunk. He was able to help lower my monthly payments which really helps me. He's an exceptional Salesman & I could tell he loved his job because of his enthusiasm & eagerness to please. I felt he sincerely cared about me & wanted to make sure I was satisfied with this shopping experience. On a score of 10 being Outstanding, I would give Mr. Olivera a 20!!! I hope Toyota realizes what an asset he is & really appreciates him and his work ethics and effort. More
