Excellent service overall I arrived approximately 20 minutes early for my appointment, but was met and service began immediately. Chrissy was very helpful and pleasant. She provided me with a credit slip to apply to the cost of breakfast while I was waiting. Later Chrissy Chrissy sought me out to explain there was a slight delay in order to accomplish a recall item, however this didn't make the time required for my service to extend beyond what I expected. Overall, the service was as good as I could ever have expected. Excellent service, well equipped waiting room and exceptional service. More

Tire problem resolved quickly and efficiently. Had a nail in my tire and the previous week had the oil changed. Was seen very quickly. Staff is always professional and personable. Pulling wool over eyes Went in for oil change and requested they look at rattle in back seat. Was told my battery was bad. . $150 and was told I needed $750 in struts sway Went in for oil change and requested they look at rattle in back seat. Was told my battery was bad. . $150 and was told I needed $750 in struts sway bars and alignment to fix rattle. Got another mechanic to look at car. Battery was good and seat belt in back was causing rattle. REGAL was either totally incompetent or fishing for work. Will never have any work done there again. Shady and dishonest. More
