All of the employees at Courtesy Chevrolet in Phoenix, Arizona, were professional and courteous, and made my buying experience a pleasure.The one employee that stood out the most was my salesman from Inte Arizona, were professional and courteous, and made my buying experience a pleasure.The one employee that stood out the most was my salesman from Internet sales Romario Kassis. I always told myself I would never purchase a vehicle without first seeing it in person, kicking the tires and taking a test drive Well Romario changed that. From numerous phone discussions.(from his personal phone.) Many detailed videos explaining all the options the truck had to offer and just his patience and professionalism a deal was made to buy the truck. I purchased a new Chevy High Country. When I arrived from Albuquerque, New Mexico, he made sure the paperwork was in order and the truck was detailed and ready to go. Dallin was very professional and patient with me with all the questions I had. If he didn't know the answer he didn't try to snowball me, he went and got the correct answer. I was at the dealership over 8 ho the questions I had. If he didn't know the answer he didn't try to snowball me, he went and got the correct answer. I was at the dealership over 8 hours as i searched the lot looking at vehicles and Dallin stayed with me even after his time was up for the day. Very conscientious to our needs.
