Unwilling to move a dollar from 1st offer Drove 1 hour with my wife and small child to look at a used car. Got there and had my car appraised while taking a test drive. Came back and they gave Drove 1 hour with my wife and small child to look at a used car. Got there and had my car appraised while taking a test drive. Came back and they gave me the biggest low ball offer for my showroom quality car I've ever gotten, $4500 less than the last dealer I had it appraised at. I discussed that movement was needed all to hear them come back and say sorry, can't move on the trade or the price of the car. Was at the dealership a total of 30 mins with test drive time included. Wouldn't give me the time of day. Will never go back or recommend this dealer to anyone. Complete waste of me and my families time. More

Proud to say that I just purchased my third vehicle from Lundgren since 2002. This Accord was one difficult car to find. It had to be a specific mode/trim, color, transmission. I could not locate the veh Lundgren since 2002. This Accord was one difficult car to find. It had to be a specific mode/trim, color, transmission. I could not locate the vehicle for weeks but was able to talk to Don McEwen who was able to do his magic and find the car for me. From there, customer service was great. Joe LaForte made the process easy and quick. Lundgren and their team are professional, courteous, and outstanding as usual. The purchase (no hassle) was easy, the delivery went great, and customer service after the sale was exceptional. Thanks to Joe, I am proud to say that I'm a new owner of a 2013 Accord. Thanks to Joe, I can say that I will be purchasing my next Accord in a few years from Lundgren again. =8^) P.S. traded in my 2008 Accord, so anyone looking for a used Accord, go look at Lundgren's used inventory as they already had great cars, and now have that lovely 2008 I traded in. More

I cannot express how pleased I am with my experience at Lundgren Honda. After contacting them via the internet, I spoke with Lydia Krog to set up an appointment to come in and test drive a CR-V. I knew e Lundgren Honda. After contacting them via the internet, I spoke with Lydia Krog to set up an appointment to come in and test drive a CR-V. I knew exactly which car I wanted and they didn't try to steer me in other directions. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was greeted by Carolyn Betty who immediately got things moving and had me on my test drive in what seemed like only a minute or two. When we got back to the dealership, things went quickly and smoothly. We completed as much paperwork as possible given that it was after 5 pm and I was on my way, with a tentative purchase in place in less than an hour. Carolyn, Christine, and Eric all worked on getting me the best rate they possibly could on Friday, and they went above and beyond to try to go one farther and even get it a little bit better. I drove away in my new CR-V this past Saturday morning after spending around an hour or so completing the final paperwork and taking care of a couple of last-minute add-ons. My mom was with me when I picked up the car since it was her birthday and we were heading out to spend the day together right after and every last person we spoke with or came in contact with made it a point to wish her a happy birthday and Elaine Lundgren herself even came over to wish her a happy birthday and give her a special extra gift for spending part of her special day with them. Again, I can't properly express exactly how pleased I am with the level of service and commitment displayed by the employees at Lundgren Honda. From Lydia in Customer Service all the way to the Lundgrens themselves and especially Carolyn for making this a pain-free and pleasant experience. I've already forwarded Carolyn's contact information to one of my co-workers and will not hesitate to give it to anyone that seeks recommendations for a dealership. More
