IVE BEEN IN THE CAR BUISINESS MY WHOLE LIFE STARTING IN 1999 WHEN I WENT FULL TIME AS A BODYMAN IN THE COLLISION CENTER, AS WELL AS MOVING INTO PAINTING IN THE YEARS TO COME, AT SOME POINT I CROSSED OVER TO AUTO REPAIR AS A TECHNICIAN AS THATS WHERE MY HEART IS. YEARS LATER I WOULD SWITCH OVER TO ASSISITNG IN MANAGEMENT AS A SERVICE ADVISOR AND HERE I AM HAPPY TO SERVE YOU.

If you’re going to Hall Toyota for service, Chris Belcher should be the one you look for. He treats my vehicle as if it was his, is informative, and explains the process. I made a last minute appointment to have my car serviced here while visiting family. Scheduling was easy, and automated text messages made communication simple. They have a pickup/drop off that I didn't nee here while visiting family. Scheduling was easy, and automated text messages made communication simple. They have a pickup/drop off that I didn't need to use but is a great service. Service Consultant Chris Belcher was ready for my car right when I arrived, and was professional, friendly, and thorough in taking care of the service needs. The lounge was comfortable and clean for my wait. More

I've been coming to this dealership since I've purchased my vehicle in 2019 along with Chris Belcher being the go to guy I deal with. Always goes out of his way to make my experience the best. Chris Belcher in the service department was absolutely amazing to work with! First time I came to this dealership after I have experienced a nightmare with another dealership and I am sooo glad I came her amazing to work with! First time I came to this dealership after I have experienced a nightmare with another dealership and I am sooo glad I came here! Received oil change and tire rotation and he noticed my state inspection was going to be due soon and took care of it without me asking since it’s free. He knows how precious time is in a busy schedule and this saved me an additional trip so I truly appreciate that! Also LOVE the video they have of the inspection of your car and if they recommend anything it’s shown in the video. Lastly he pointed out that they can pick up and deliver my vehicle next time if it’s easier for me and I just think that is such an added bonus! Definitely highly recommend this dealership and thank you again Chris for looking out for me :) More
