I absolutely love this place! It’s been 20 years since I bought my last car so I was definitely nervous, but they made me feel at home! Love the energy/atmosphere! I had an awesome salesman, Bill Minyard and he made the process great and so friendly! I also have to mention how awesome Chris Hilliker, the Finance director, was as well! Overall a great experience with Hall Toyota. We recently purchased a used Honda Odyssey which we needed to fit our growing family. Our Salesmen Bill was very easygoing and made the process very smooth. The only thing I am disappointed with is the cleanliness of the vehicle. The van was not vacuumed, washed, or windows cleaned when we left the dealership. We did have to bring the van back a few days later to get our state inspection sticker and I was told it would be taken care of as far as getting it detailed. Unfortunately, it was not cleaned it was in the same condition as when we dropped off the vehicle. Other than that the sales staff and other associates we talked with were very friendly and accommodating. The sales manager Mike even got us set up with a license plate bracket which was not with the vehicle at the time of purchase. More

My wife and I bought a truck that Hall Toyota picked up for us from another dealership and the truck was absolute garbage and need $6,000 worth of work just to keep it alive for the next couple years. The GM Matt and salesman Bill swapped the truck we bought for a different truck that was easily worth twice as much as they were going to sell it to us for. Absolute amazing people, worthwhile experience and phenomenal customer service. This dealership is the cream of the cream of the crop and I will only be going to them for a new car from now on. Can't wait to come back and deal with them again! More

Daughter bought a 2019 civic less than a month ago. Process was good, friendly, not pushy. She got a flat 03/23. Couldn't be fixed. Hole was on side wall, under car side. Called to find out information because there was no spare, no Jack, no lug nut wrench. Still haven't heard back. I guess it wasn't important enough because it wasn't their daughter's safety involved and stranded. Check EVERYTHING before you buy a used vehicle from there. More
