Coming from a large family (My father from a family of 12 & myself, the oldest child in a family of 8) I've always embraced a "Get It Done" mentality and value teamwork, integrity, and resilience. The product specialist we worked was very knowledgeable and the management was helpful. The dealership can do a better job in proactively making sure the quality of the work done is maintained to the prem and the management was helpful. Peter Boczarski was wonderful to work with in the purchase of my 2025 Volvo XC40. He was very easy to work with, never pushy, and was quick to follow up on all of my questions. He was genuine in wa purchase of my 2025 Volvo XC40. He was very easy to work with, never pushy, and was quick to follow up on all of my questions. He was genuine in wanting to make sure I was happy with my purchase. He went above & beyond to have scratches and a dent repaired for me. Chris Gough was also wonderful and took the time to set up my Volvo app and reset all of the technical features inside the car since it was a pre-owned vehicle. He was very patient and kind. Howar was so fast and thorough in getting through the finance process. Bob & Tom were also great to work with in the service dept. & parts dept. I will be returning to work with Peter again for our next vehicle purchase. More
