Everyone we interacted with including the general manager Andreas Korallus was welcoming! Chris Gough showed us the XC40, we went thru a test drive and we saw it in different colours, black, denim blue and Andreas Korallus was welcoming! Chris Gough showed us the XC40, we went thru a test drive and we saw it in different colours, black, denim blue and white, and they were all beautiful! We eventually decided on the black one because our little one preferred the black one! We arrived around 5:15pm and left with our beautiful car before 8pm! Chris Gough was warm and competent and we would highly recommend him to our family and friends! We truly appreciate his time and patience! Howar Ruiz went thru the final paper work with us, and he was also warm and competent! They were lovely and genuine people! They made us smile! If you need a beautiful and practical vehicle, go to Volvo Lisle! More

This was my third purchase in three years from Volvo of Lisle. They have my business for life because of my amazing salesperson Chris and the quality of the vehicle I purchased. I live down the street fro Lisle. They have my business for life because of my amazing salesperson Chris and the quality of the vehicle I purchased. I live down the street from another Volvo dealer but I drove an extra 25 minutes just to get to Lisle. Chris made the sales experience easy and actually enjoyable. He helped me decide which model would work best for me and my family and he was knowledgeable about all of the new features of the new model. He helped me set everything up when I picked up the car and he had already preprogrammed many features so the setup was super fast. I’m sure other salesman would have done the same, but the best thing about Chris is that I feel like he truly cares about his customers and is upfront and honest about every step of the process. I trust him enough to send my family and friends to him to purchase a vehicle as well. 5 STARS ! More

I worked with Chris Gough at Volvo of Lisle, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. This was my first time buying a vehicle in over 15 years, as I've had company vehicles during that time, couldn't have asked for a better experience. This was my first time buying a vehicle in over 15 years, as I've had company vehicles during that time, so I knew the process could feel overwhelming. Chris exceeded my expectations every step of the way. He was kind, patient, and, most importantly, honest. Three qualities that can be difficult to find when working with a dealership. He took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel pressured, and I truly felt like he had my best interests in mind. With 4–5 Volvo dealerships in the Chicagoland area, Chris is the reason I ultimately chose Volvo of Lisle.
