Bad breaks When I purchased my vehicle I assume it went through machens Volkswagen service. Now a month later I need break work done on my vehicle. I don’t understand how a vehicle could pass inspection if a month later it needs break work. If they was unsure of how to properly service my type of vehicle then they should have sent it to a dealership who could. More

Best dealership experience ever! I had a very specific set of requirements for the car I wanted. We swung into the VW dealership on a rainy Wednesday night to just look and Chris came I had a very specific set of requirements for the car I wanted. We swung into the VW dealership on a rainy Wednesday night to just look and Chris came over and took our info and that lost of needs and by the next morning he had already found 3 cars that fit. I was picky and he just kept looking until he found exactly what I was looking for. They worked with me on the price and 100% met and exceeded my expectations! I recommend anyone looking for a new or used car to go see Chris! More

Great and easy to deal with. Salesman didn't pressure us at all. Let us drive as many vehicles as we wanted until late we found our perfect fit.
