We actually didn't come in to purchase a vehicle. Just needed answers to some questions and to test drive the RAV4 again before making a final decision. Chris Miller was very accommodating. We told him what we wanted and and how much we would pay. He delivered. We were given a deal we could not pass up. Sooooooo..... we drove out with a new RAV4. World Class Customer Service was provided by Treasure Coast Toyota of Stuart and Chris Miller. We will continue to do business with them for future vehicle purchases. We will recommend them to our friends and family. More

The salesman, Chris Miller was excellent. He was knowledgeable and patient. We asked for a specific color and accessories and he did his best to locate what we wanted. However, the dealer was less knowledgeable and patient. We asked for a specific color and accessories and he did his best to locate what we wanted. However, the dealer was less than truthful. They tried to get us to take one we did not want. We told them to call us when they had what we were looking for and started to leave. Magically, the car we wanted suddenly showed up. When we asked how that was possible since they said they didn't have the car, no one could explain it. My wife and I have excellent credit. During negotiations, we attempted several times to find out what the interest rate would be on our loan. We had a trade in plus a considerable amount of cash to add to the down payment. As the paper work was finished and before we would sign, we insisted on knowing the interest rate and was finally told it was 6.5%. We strongly objected and threatened to walk out but before we got very far, our interest rate was changed from 6.5% to 0% and an additional $1700 was taken off the car. I feel that had they been honest with us from the beginning, we would have had a better experience. More

You will not go wrong with Chris Miller as your sales guy! Chris Miller, without a doubt, made this my best car buying experience yet! My husband and I have both been loyal Toyota customers for over 20 years a Chris Miller, without a doubt, made this my best car buying experience yet! My husband and I have both been loyal Toyota customers for over 20 years and decided to switch to Ford 3 years ago, after a bad experience with a Toyota salesman and sales manager. Despite my frustration with the customer service I received 3 years ago, I have still always love the 4runner. With my Ford lease almost ending, I wandered into Toyota in the evening, at a time i thought they would be closed and I would not be bothered by sales people, in order to check out the 2020 4runner in person. Chris Miller happened to be in the parking lot and asked if we needed any help. My husband remembered interacting with him briefly in the past and observing him with other customers. I was hesitant and in no mood for the car selling hustle and bustle, but he assured me that he remembered Chris's professional and honest demeanor and that if we were going to spend any time speaking to a sales person, this was the best guy. I took my chances and boy am i glad that i did. Chris has brought me back to Toyota and put me in the SUV that I love! He was straightforward and to the point. He did not make promises that could not be kept and told me when my hopes were unrealistic. He made me trust him within the first 5 minutes, which is extremely rare with car salesman and surely a gift of the trade!! Chris respected my time and feelings throughout our interaction and made me feel like we were a team. I am so glad to be back in a Toyota, thanks to Chris! I look forward to going back to him for any future vehicle purchases for our family. Chris Miller is a huge asset to Treasure Coast Toyota and others (at all levels) should observe and take some tips from him on good interpersonal communication and customer service!!!! More
