Easy to order car and came quickly but dropped the ball had to fight to get deposit back. If it wasn't for the salesman cj fighting for me to get my deposit credited back I would have been extremely disapp had to fight to get deposit back. The employees in the insurance department are extremely well rounded individuals and very helpful. I do have to add, the young lady at the front is such a sweetheart but I would not recommend this dealersh well rounded individuals and very helpful. I do have to add, the young lady at the front is such a sweetheart but I would not recommend this dealership. I ordered a car and put down a deposit, waited a month and the day of delivery I had to go out of my way and ask what time the car would be ready just to be told the car was “damaged” in transit. If I never asked I honestly don’t know if I would of been told as the car salesman’s told me he found out when he went in, which was 4-5 hours before I ever asked. There was apparently no documentation or proof in regards to the damage that was on the vehicle and I was also told the car was never delivered, so I’m still a little skeptical as to if the responses I received were honest and not falsified in anyway. I then was given “options” and non of which were helpful in anyway. 2/3 of the options were getting a completely different car than what I ordered along with much higher payments….and then the last choice was to get a rental car they would cover. Now I don’t know what was worse the fact I asked if I would be able to get the rental car considering I’m 20 and me being informed yes to then getting there and being told I need to have someone else get it under their name or when I finally was successful in getting the rental car I come to find out the car was INFESTED WITH ROACHES. Maybe it’s just me who finds it’s absolutely disgusting that roaches were crawling out of every area of the car, or wait my favorite when two HUGE ones ran across my body while I was driving. My perception of this dealership may be distorted but personally to me and quite a few others ; the vast majority (not all) of the employees there either just don’t care or want to get you in and out and move onto the next. If you were to walk into the Honda dealership in Delray and Fort Lauderdale etc you will not only see that they care about their clients but they want their clients to be content and confident with their purchase along with insuring that all needs are met. The best part of this experience was the day a new car came in & I went in and was directed to the car rentals office to then see that they are closed so I asked how I should go about returning the bug infested rental and the car salesmen proceeded to take the Keys and that was that, to then receiving a phone call days later from a women who must of been having a terrible day because I can’t even justify as to why she ever felt as if she had the right to speak in the tone and manner she was projecting, but I was being told that I never returned the car and that they were open….I should’ve known that when not only me but another employee see a closed locked door with the lights off that it’s actually opened. I was then being accused of bringing the car back with some type of damage when I was in fact to petrified and disgusted to get into the car as I did not want anymore roach friends. After all of this and honestly more I can say I will never step foot back into that dealership and just because I won’t, someone else will but one thing I will make sure of is not having anyone I know go and have the experience I had. More
