Outstanding !!! Awsome sales expieriance I had such a great experience dealing with Clarence Carpenter and Steve Hubel last october when I leased my 2017 Passat SE with Technology that 10days I had such a great experience dealing with Clarence Carpenter and Steve Hubel last october when I leased my 2017 Passat SE with Technology that 10days later I went in and leased a Toureg for my wife. Clarence went out of his way to to make sure we had a great buying experience. He is so detail orient that when it came time to put the plate on from my old car, her said it was too dirty to put on a brand new car. He insisted on taking it in the shop and washing it before he he put it on the car. I can go on and on about all of the little details that he did to make my lease perfect but I hate typing too much. If you are in the market for car stop by and see Clarence first and you wont want to go anywhere else. They also have an awesome service department!! More
