I bought a new EX from Claudette Green at Midlands Honda last week. It was one of the more pleasurable buying experiences I've had. We've owned two BMWs, two Porsches and a handful of American cars over the years and I've never had as thorough explanation of the car, the warranty, the options, price, etc as I had at Midlands. Claudette is a quiet pro who let me buy the car rather than starting it with "Do you plan to buy this car today?" Sam, the sales manager, was equally as helpful without being pushy. The rating above is all 5's but could be higher if you guys had larger numbers - a great group to work with at Midlands - I recommend them highly. More

I knew what I wanted and what I wanted to pay and got no hassles from anyone at the dealership. It did not feel like the high pressured sales enviroment that I am used to in most dealerships I have dealt with in the past.
