This is my second time purchasing a car from this dealership and I kne Claudia Mucury was an outstanding sales representative at Rick case Volkswagen. This is my second time purchasing a car from this dealership and I knew I had to ask for her again. Her attention to detail was second to none. She listens to the wants as a customer instead of being pushy towards another car. Thanks to Claudia and her manager, we were able to get a great deal for the 2018 Tiguan. The finance manager, Freddy Tigrero, gave, by far, the best experience in terms of financing options, additional coverage on the vehicle, and a maintenance plan. I have dealt with over 6 dealerships and their financial department, and Freddy comes out on top. If not for Freddy, we would have to finance our new car with a bank or credit union. Rick case gives a stress free and welcoming environment. They are world class when it comes to customer service and a car buying experience as a whole. More
