Great service, Claudio is the best and very detailed. On the other hand,a Lyft driver was sent to pick me up and was TERRIBLE, spoke no English, got us lost twice and I couldn’t communicate with him. I found a replaced infotainment system not fitted properly-as lines appear around it. And I found the screw on the passenger side!!!!!!!!!! From where it came ??? Is it safe to drive like that???? This was my 2nd visit to Arrigo even though we are from IN. Both times (2 years apart), we were driving from IN to the FL Keys. We dealt with the same service manager, Claudio. He was great and so were th IN. Both times (2 years apart), we were driving from IN to the FL Keys. We dealt with the same service manager, Claudio. He was great and so were the mechanics. Arrigo even arranged for a car rental so we could continue our vacation. Since my Alfa was still in warranty, the rental was without cost to me.
