Dennis Sloyan was the salesperson who ultimately sold me on the cadillac. To me Brogan Cadillac is the crown jewel of the cadillac dealerships and both Dennis Sloyan and Cliff Bebee exemplify what Cadillac is all about. Attention to detail, knowledgeable and commitment to my needs are what makes Dennis and Cliff the best team I have ever worked with and I have purchased many vehicles over my lifetime. My hat is off the both of them and to cadillac. More

Excellent Service and Value - Best Dealer in NJ Cliff and his Finance team were impeccable from start to finish on my car deal for a New SRX truck! Coming from BMW for 8 years I was so impressed wit Cliff and his Finance team were impeccable from start to finish on my car deal for a New SRX truck! Coming from BMW for 8 years I was so impressed with Brogan's service level. This dealership beat out 3 other Cadillac dealerships in NJ! I wish I went to Cliff right away! How to enjoy buying a car, that's right I said "enjoy"! After years of torture in going through the car buying process, with each year the car industry promising to improve the system, finally, I found a ca After years of torture in going through the car buying process, with each year the car industry promising to improve the system, finally, I found a car dealership and account executive that delivered on all of those unfulfilled hopes of purchasing a car and not feeling bruised, battered, and betrayed. All of the Internet services and Auto Nation's and other attempts at eliminating the ordeal of salesperson-customer haggle, break down somewhere along the way. Not so at Brogan. They found the formula. Hurrah for Brogan Cadillac and Cliff Beebe. From the first phone call, to the pickup of our new SRX today, Cliff and this dealership handled our transaction with total professionalism, flawless execution, and incredible customer service. If the car turns out to be half as good as this Brogan crew, I'll be a customer for as long as I can drive. I kept waiting to step on some land mine, but guess what: there weren't any. How about that! If you are ever in the market for a quality vehicle, and an even higher quality customer service experience, Brogan is the place to go to. I assume that with sales people like Cliff setting the standard, that the rest of the staff operate at the same high level that Cliff does, so while I would prefer to deal with Cliff in the future, I'd be more than willing to roll the dice on whomever the dealership assigned to my business. He would be a tough act to follow, but my bet is that the professionalism and customer service culture at Brogan exists across the board. More

I purchased a new 2008 CTS from Brogan Cadillac back in 2008. I dealt with salesman Cliff Beebe, who was wonderful to deal with. Easy to talk to, funny, direct, helpful and knowledgeable. TJ Ely was als 2008. I dealt with salesman Cliff Beebe, who was wonderful to deal with. Easy to talk to, funny, direct, helpful and knowledgeable. TJ Ely was also involved in approving the transaction and he was excellent to deal with as well. But that is not exactly why I'm writing this review. I moved away from the area in 2009 and had very little contact with Brogan or Cliff since (maybe one or two services, and they were fine). Fast forward to August of 2013. My wife and small children were stranded one night when my other car's battery died. I took my CTS to give them a jump start. As you car guys probably suspect, this non-car guy was in for a surprise when I popped the hood of my CTS. . . there was no battery to be found! My car guy friend was not reachable. The service place where I now live was long closed. So, I called over to Brogan, but its service department had just closed. Then it dawned on me to ask for Cliff Beebe. I re-introduced myself and Cliff could not have been kinder. In fact, he was AMAZING. He told me why I didn't see the battery (it's in the trunk!) and how to work around that. He insisted on staying on the phone until he heard my wife's car start. Thanks to his great assistance, it did. I owe him a debt of gratitude . . . he is a stand up guy and truly a wonderful person to deal with. Thanks again, Cliff!! More
