I bought a used car from Germain, and there were a few issues, like the door lock on one side not working and the rear shocks leaking fluid. I brought it back in, and you took care of it under the warranty. That was great. Cliff was a great salesman to work with. The only issue that came up was the financing dept I contacted for an overpayment on the used car I bought, and it took 30 days to get me back the $1000 I overpaid. I got the money back, but it just took longer than the 3 days I was originally told when I brought up their mistake. Overall, great experience, but they just need to do a little better on follow-through with the refund. More

I bought my car in cash BUT couldn’t drive it home for 2 full weeks! You lost my keys because you, as a dealership, can’t communicate with other departments on the lot. Assuming this is true because I was full weeks! You lost my keys because you, as a dealership, can’t communicate with other departments on the lot. Assuming this is true because I was also told that the maintenance manager was not prioritizing my vehicle. I was also told that the parts needed for my car were being ordered directly from Honda (they were not.) it’s cleared that Germain couldn’t get their story straight. I was told I would be called on Thursday or Monday or whatever specific day, unfortunately never got calls or updates. We found ourselves doing the follow up leg work. We drove down one Friday to pick up the car, because we were told it was complete, nothing had been changed or even cleaned. Our Friday night as a family was wasted. Thanks, Germain. The salesman strung us along instead of getting the situation handled. I had to request a manager to get the situation finally resolved. I was told multiple times that this maintenance to our purchased car was taking so long because the car I purchased was 13 years old. I LOVE the car I bought, that’s why I bought it. I have owned this same car before. I understood the age when I bought the car. BUT it’s a Honda with one owner and just over 100k miles. I was told multiple times I could have free delivery, but then it was too far because clearly my purchase was not worth your company’s time. Even the final manager offered delivery and then recanted. Just stop offering free delivery. It doesn’t matter, Cliff gets the commission regardless. And thus, leaving me with no other choice than to leave bad reviews on multiple websites. I will not refer Germain. We will not return to Germain. This purchase will go down in history with a heavy dose of annoyance and disappointment. More
