I keep coming back to this dealership for my leased vehicles due to Winslow. This is my 4th or 5th leased car I get at this dealership because I like and trust working with Winslow. This dealership still needs to work on turnaround time to get through the process of obtaining a new vehicle. Was there approximately 4 hours! Also this dealership service department needs to work on their turnaround time. Last time I was there for an oil changes waited close to 3 hours! This needs to improve dramatically!! More

Every time, Justin greeted me with enthusiasm and answered all of my questions. It is truly a pleasure working with him! I bought an HRV Ex-L and am very happy with it, the way it drives as well a the many features that come with it. And, as a little perk, those who purchase Hondas from Germain, can stop by any time and get their car washed for free! More
