I recommend Lindsay Volkswagen because all of the staff was very kind and professional. They took the customers interest at heart and tried to pick a car that fit that users life style. Financing was a breeze and went very smoothly. The sales consultant even showed you how to use and adjust the features in the car you just purchased. Lindsay VW is a great dealership and I highly recommend it to both new and used car shoppers.

I went to the dealer looking to replace my 11 year old Jetta and Clyde took the time to show us a number of vehicles. He was very patient as we asked many questions - sometimes redundant!

We left for the day to think about it and I came back later and made a purchase.

Everyone at Lindsey VW in Dulles are great! The finance team, service team, management, and most importantly, I didn't feel hassled, pressured at ALL.

My overall experience with Lindsay Volkswagen of Dulles was very good. Mr. Htoon let the Jetta TDI Sportwagen sell itself instead of pushing some feature or another. The car itself was in excellent shape (it was a VW Certified Used so it had to be). The financing process was also quite straightforward. I would recommend this dealership and Mr. Htoon to my family and friends.

From the minute we arrived, Clyde was very friendly, helpful, and professional, as well as extremely knowledgable about the CPO cars we were interested in. He thoroughly explained all the important details, everything that someone purchasing a car would want to know. Once we decided on a car, Clyde continued to be as helpful, friendly, and skilled as we worked through the buying process. A big thanks to Craig in financing, as well, for thoroughly explaining the various options available to us. The entire experience was a pleasant and positive one; we would absolutely return to Lindsay Volkswagen and would highly recommend this dealership and its employees to anyone in search of a top-notch car-buying experience. My experience with Lindsey Volkswagen was pleasant and surprisingly easy. Clyde provided information on the car I was interested in as well as what the cars were selling for in the market. At no time did I feel like I was being pressured to make a decision on the car. The F&I representative Craig was very helpful and actually recommended a person to talk to about getting insurance. This was my first vehicle purchase and I am very happy with the experience. As well as my new Volkswagen CC.
