We have tried dealing with this dealership to get a refund on work done by a private repair shop because ford did not have the recalled part. Now, 2 months later the service manager knew nothing about our claim. He says he will submit the paperwork to ford…it will take another 4-6 weeks to get an answer. Very shoddy customer service. More
