After visiting a different dealership and not getting the deal I had hoped for; we came to Don Davis and they were able to make it happen. Excellent Experience My experience at Don Davis was excellent from start to finish. Here are the details: I called the sales department after I saw a vehicle online that My experience at Don Davis was excellent from start to finish. Here are the details: I called the sales department after I saw a vehicle online that I wanted to see in person. They confirmed they had the vehicle and told me they would park it at the front of the lot for my arrival. As we (my wife and I) pulled up to the dealership, I could clearly see where to park and could see the vehicle that we had driven there to check out. Cody met us at the door as we pulled onto the lot. Cody knew who I was before I could introduce myself (showing good communication between team members and attention to detail), introduced himself and was ready to show us the car we came to see. He let us inspect, ask questions and demo'd features we were not familiar in this car. There was no pressure put on us at all. No "What's it gonna take to put you in this car today?" salesperson talk. After we decide to buy the car, the amount of paperwork was so minimal, it was impressive. They spent more time doing a final cleaning of the car than we did signing documents. While we were waiting for the car to be ready, Cody actually drove us to another lot to check out a car we had questions about just so we could see that model for ourselves. I would definitely tell any friends of mine to give Cody a call when they are looking for a car. This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. More
