These guys were very easy to work with, communicated with me a lot on the status of my car (it had to be shipped), and the best was that they did not pressure me at all into anything I didn’t want- other car me a lot on the status of my car (it had to be shipped), and the best was that they did not pressure me at all into anything I didn’t want- other cars, warranties, etc. As a woman who has dealt with buying a vehicle before and with mechanics, it was great not to feel like I was being taken advantage of or like I didn’t know what I was talking about which was very appreciated. the process of buying my car was great. but not even two months in of having the car i’ve had multiple issues to the point where it will not pass inspection in my home state. now they wan but not even two months in of having the car i’ve had multiple issues to the point where it will not pass inspection in my home state. now they want me to pay out of pocket to get the car fixed when i called before i’d even had the car for one month to get it looked at and fixed. seriously dissatisfied.
