Service, replace front stut I was very happy that Colin got the strut covered under warranty. I have purchased three vehicles from Acura of Brookfield and when I need anew vehicl I was very happy that Colin got the strut covered under warranty. TOP NOTCH SERVICE! The experience I had at Acura Brookfield was by far the best I've ever had. I must say Colin Fiedler is by far the highest quality service advisor I've come across in years of having dealerships service my vehicle. Great Job Colin! I look forward to seeing you next time! Very good service. Staff does a very good job with my vehicle and they're very friendly. When I leave the car is allways wash and shining. Better than all the Acura dealers in Chicago. Adam Schersing and Colin Fielder in service are awesome. No fluff, just facts. Not good Wrong oil in car. Synthetic oil should have been in computer. According to manufacture wrong pressure in tires. Scheduled for oil, blades & tire rotat Wrong oil in car. Did not tell me car needed schedule "B" & car needed to be in shop longer. Had to get a loaner. Over all service needs to explain what was needed. More

They don't charge for things they shouldn't, they let you know exactly what they are doing and don't go ahead on repairs without letting you know, their work is good and timely and they are pleasant and wonderful to work with. I have bought two cars from them and both times my experience was good and the cars were in excellent shape. I would highly recommend buying from here because you know you are working with honest people. I also brought both my cars in for repairs, and was overjoyed at the service I received. Great business! More

Excellent service as always! My TL ended up having a coolant / transmission issue. I was near the airport at the time and couldn't drive much more that few blocks before my temp My TL ended up having a coolant / transmission issue. I was near the airport at the time and couldn't drive much more that few blocks before my temp gauge would hit the roof. I talked with John Vasos and he advised it would be best to tow at that point. He hooked me up with a preferred towing vendor that arrived quickly with a flat bed too. Colin met me at the tow truck to check mileage and start checking me in. A loaner was setup quickly and I was on my way. Picked up the car the next day and I'm back on the road! This is just one of my many excellent service experiences I've had at Acura of Brookfield. They know how to keep their customers happy. The pricing is a bit higher that what you might pay at a Honda dealer, but it worth it to me. I also service my two other Hondas here as well. I've been using Acura of Brookfield for 10 years now, and I have nothing but good things to say about my experiences in their service and parts depart I've been using Acura of Brookfield for 10 years now, and I have nothing but good things to say about my experiences in their service and parts departments. They always do a great job of keeping me informed what's going on and not doing or recommending extraneous work. I've enjoyed my experience there so far, and I'd even go so far as to recommend them to non-Acura owners. I like doing a lot of maintenance myself when I have the time for it, but if time doesn't allow that, Acura of Brookfield definitely fills the gap! More
