Worst Maintenance dept ever!!! Bought my car here and Moe did great, but know that I had some issues with my car that needed to be addressed I came to find out the reason of the man Bought my car here and Moe did great, but know that I had some issues with my car that needed to be addressed I came to find out the reason of the many negative reviews. After 3 days with the car in service I didn't receive a call giving me any info about the car, I literally had to call every day to find out what was going on, finally I'm told that my car issues were resolved and that I could pick it up. Got to the dealer got helped right away, pay what I had to pay, and drove off, not even a block away I noticed that my car still had one of the issues, called back, picked up Jonathan service specialist and showed him the issue, his answer was "the service manager (Colin Lord) test drove the car and he said it's fine and since he said that it's fine he won't approve any other repairs to the car. End of story the service at this dealer sucks, I will never take it to them thanks to the lack of customer service, which I expected to be 100% being such a large corporation like Rick Case, this gives a horrible name to all of them... Next to try Braman Hyundai!!! More

WORST SERVICE I bought a car and a week later I had a sidewall blow out... I called RC and Hyundai as this was at midnight in Orlando and had no spare. Hyundai roadside assistance wanted to drop me in the worst part of Orlando at the dealership and refused to take me to a hotel. I then had to go through my insurance company to have the car towed to a tire kingdom that had a hotel behind it at the recommendation of the state trooper... I never got an answer from RC or Hyundai. I pulled up to have an oil change done which I made an appointment for and the first thing out of the service person's mouth was.. "it's a 2 hour wait before we can bring it back" not, "hi do you have an appointment" When I looked at him and said I had an appointment he then told me it would not be that long... during the check in we spoke about the fact I had a blow out 1 week after I bought the car, he immediately said..." if you didn't buy the road hazard then there is nothing I can do" I asked to speak to the GM, who I was then told he would say the exact same thing. as the service person was checking me in, he noted that I was going to have to go to another service adviser because that is who I had the appointment with and began to "quit" the process of checking me in. I explained since it was my first time there, I did not care who my adviser was and to please continue... the tire was then inspected by the service gm who indicated he couldn't see anything wrong with it, but had to talk to the tire rep..after arguing with me that I must have hit something, . I then asked to speak to the GM I was told he wasn't available. I asked to speak to Rick Case, and was told he didn't have his number... I walked up to the sales desk and was given a number to an assistant, and then told I must have hit something and that the GM is going to stand w/ the service manager. I spoke with RC assistant and was told it would have to go back to the GM/and Service Mgr. I received a call from the GM who indicated I must have hit something because tires just don't blow out. With this being the 4th car my family has bought from RC but the first one from the FTL store, I expected better customer service. I was then "schooled" on how I spoke to his staff, the staff who continued to state.. "you must have hit something" I guess the customer isn't always right and RC really isn't in to the personal touch as he claims to be. I'm out over $200 and they provided me with an oil change and a free tire rotation. WORST DECISION I EVER MADE IN A CAR DEALERSHIP.. I SHOULD HAVE STUCK WITH TOYOTA More

My car experience with Rick Case! Frankie Martinez, Andy Taylor, Abdel Mahmoud, Marty Israel, and Jonathan Morales are all excellent sales consultants. I had several issues with financ Frankie Martinez, Andy Taylor, Abdel Mahmoud, Marty Israel, and Jonathan Morales are all excellent sales consultants. I had several issues with finance manager Ted Goldberg, but was satisfied dealing with Donovan, Mike Bushman. and Malik. Leroy Larson, Ozzie, and especially Tom Krizanic are very good in the management department. If you need to get your car serviced, make sure to ask for Ernest Baynes and Stefano Vigil. Colin Lord is also great service manager! More

Hyundai Just doesn't care about you Don't buy a Hyundai. This is the 4th time I have tried to bring my 2009 Genesis to be repaired by Dealership. While driving the AC will go out from "M Don't buy a Hyundai. This is the 4th time I have tried to bring my 2009 Genesis to be repaired by Dealership. While driving the AC will go out from "Max Cold" and "recirculate" to default 72 degrees and non-circulate. This is always followed by my car, after being parked, no longer having any energy. Can't electronically open door or trunk, no lights, no power, no nothing.. Car just won't start. The car will sometimes will come back on after 10 minutes, 2 hours or overnight. Can't get a call back from service technician, service manager, GM or Hyundai regional. Colin Lord is inept and the GM Larson is a liar. More

Worst service experience ever Service dept along with Leroy Larson (General Manager) were no help at all in repairing my car. As a matter of fact Leroy was the rudest person I ever Service dept along with Leroy Larson (General Manager) were no help at all in repairing my car. As a matter of fact Leroy was the rudest person I ever spoke to at a dealership. Never mind the fact they couldn't repair my car, but he insulted me more than once. Considering Rick Case Hyundai takes pride in their customer service it was a shock to me. More

In the Lobby I am received with a like of continental Breakfast - Gourmet coffees, fruits and bagels. Not to mention free internet. Pleased, issues were resolved, future follow ups offered. Appointments can easily be made on line or over the phone. Transportation arrangements made very smooth transaction Service writers actually call back in a timely manner. Communication at its best, even the shuttle driver calls me and accommodates to my schedule Vehicle returned repaired, and clean - but the gas tank not filled up!! Key Location, I will certainly recommend. More
