It was a good experience overall. My dealer was friendly and supportive in all aspects. The test drive was also very easy and no issues with it. I was 5 stars satisfied with Grand Subaru. I was actually in process if buying from another dealer then spoke to Sales Rep Lou Scapellato. I switched to Lou because he told me all the details upfront even th in process if buying from another dealer then spoke to Sales Rep Lou Scapellato. I switched to Lou because he told me all the details upfront even the things I didn't know to ask. He saw us all the way through the sale with a call with all pertinent information. I am that customer that is never totally satisfied, but I was with Lou Scapellato. I would buy from you again and I will buy from him again. He is transparent about all details.
