Having bought about 6 new cars thus far in life this was my first Mercedes experience. I purchased a 2012 E350. While my primary contact was Corey Bedford I also interacted with John Picinic, Russ Amsden my first Mercedes experience. I purchased a 2012 E350. While my primary contact was Corey Bedford I also interacted with John Picinic, Russ Amsden and Mario Pinney. All of the staff is top notch, they honor their words and agreements, treated me fairly with dignity - professionalism and mutual respect, have a no hassle attitude, the shop is high class, my deal was good, rate was good, and the sales closing process was smooth. By far the best car buying experience I have ever had. More

Corey Bedford is a responsible person. He responded all my inquires in a timely manner. We settled the purchase price over the email which saved me time and money. This is my first mercedes Benz car. I was very apprehensive in buying a new car due to past experience with buying a new car mostly around pushy and sometimes lying sales people. So my first visit to Parkplace was very apprehensive. As i was buying car for my wife, i wanted her to see all models before we go forward with pricing etc. First time i went to dealership I met Corey Bedford, he showed us different model and answered all questions. He did not ask us which car we want to buy or what in what time frame are we going to buy a car. I must say i was very happy after i came back as there was no push to make up a decision same day. I went 3 or 4 times again and never felt pressurized to make a deal or hurry with a decision. In terms of pricing, park place was very reasonable, they quoted me 5% below MSRP which i thought was very decent. Overall I thorougly enjoyed the experience so much that I did not even care to go to another dealership to check prices or anything else. More

This is my second Mercedes over 4 years-the first one was with Ewing (Mercedes of Plano) 4 yrs back and what a difference between the overall service and experience this time around. Park Place Grapevine's with Ewing (Mercedes of Plano) 4 yrs back and what a difference between the overall service and experience this time around. Park Place Grapevine's Internet Sales Manager Corey Bedford was such a pleasure to work with. I told him what my budget was, what I wanted and what I wanted to trade in and explained why I thought that was a reasonable offer. He called me in to evaluate my trade, and within 45 minutes had options for me based on cars they had. There was absolutely no sales pressure during these discussions. He treated me with respect, always listening to why I was asking for what I was, and was my advocate in working up options with his management that would meet my needs. After the initial 45 minute meeting with him, the rest of the negotiations were done over the phone/text/email. When we agreed on a car and price, all the paperwork was done without me being there and all I had to do was come in for an hour to sign the paperwork, give my old car and pick up the new one. The first price they offered was also very fair, and not the games others play of coming in with a ridiculous first offer, and then working down from there. I just feel that dealers that play the typical car sales negotiations are insulting the intelligence of their customers, and Park Place does NOT do that. Corey Bedford was my sales manager who was absolutely wonderful to deal with-honest, straightforward, and one that would listen to what I was asking for. Their financing manager also was the same-though he described what add on options were available to me, there was absolutely no pressure. And even though I reviewed it prior to accepting the deal, their dealer fees that typically are added to the price were very reasonable-that is another pet peeve of mine when dealers nickel and dime you for copying fees, and other vague fees, but not Park Place. Thank you Park Place for making this such a pleasant experience on all fronts-I would very strongly recommend them. More

For me, buying a car is normally not a good experience; but the experience I had at Park Place was wonderful. They truly work with you - which is not the case at most dealerships. Corey was knowledgeable and friendly. Most of all he was genuine, which instills trust in your sales consultant. I never felt like he was trying to xxxxxxxx me, and he was also ta=ransparent about what was genuine, which instills trust in your sales consultant. I would definitly reccomend Park Place Grapevine, and Corey. .*****I DO NOT LIKE having to register to submit a survey. It is intrusive, and time consuming. If Corey was mediocre, I would not waste my time! However, he deserves the credit. More

This is my second purchase from Corey Bedford. He is absolutely awesome and so nice to work with. He is the reason my family and I came back a second year in a row to make a new purchase from Mercedes B absolutely awesome and so nice to work with. He is the reason my family and I came back a second year in a row to make a new purchase from Mercedes Benz. He spent a lot of time with us as we spent hours deciding on which make and color we wanted to buy. I changed my mind at the last minute for the color of the new c250coupe I wanted, and Corey was so great and said not to worry and found me the perfect car the very next morning with everything that I wanted! He is so friendly to work with and I know that I'm going to come back to him for my next purchase without a doubt. Thank you for being so understanding and patient with me.
