My wife and I were very pleased with the friendliness and relative ease of purchasing our car with Corey Bedford and the rest of the staff at Park Place Grapevine. We visited two other Mercedes-Benz dealers relative ease of purchasing our car with Corey Bedford and the rest of the staff at Park Place Grapevine. We visited two other Mercedes-Benz dealerships in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and what set this dealership apart were: (1) Corey's no-pressure sales approach (he patiently waited while I sold my car on the private market and then followed up, an approach that is rooted in the friendly culture at Park Place Grapevine), (2) selection (they had the exact car we wanted so we didn't have to special order it from Germany), and (3) value (their financing team was able to offer a better deal than the one we received from our bank). If you are in the market for a Mercedes-Benz and live far from Grapevine, I encourage you to consider making the trip to Grapevine first or, in the alternative, visiting the other dealers and then contact Corey to see what he can do. It is worth the drive because it is clear that Park Place Grapevine is very interested in developing and maintaining a relationshp over the long-term. More

Corey Bedford accomplished the MISSION IMPOSSIBLE in finding the vehicle we wanted after two other dealerships in town gave up trying. Both of the Gentltmen I delt with were friendly and courteous and the they were well informed on the 2012 SLK'S equipment and specs. This was very helpful to me. My wife presently has a 2001 SLK and th courteous and the they were well informed on the 2012 SLK'S equipment and specs. This was very helpful to me. My wife presently has a 2001 SLK and the 2012 SLK electronic systems are considerable more complicated than the 2001. They were very patient with me in answering my questions when I was at the dealership and when I made numerous "operation" inquiries by phone, after I got the car home. Excellent car buying experience. I stopped in to test drive a Mercedes-Benz and purchased it immediately. The next day I returned to test drive an upgraded model and decided to purchase that car instead drive a Mercedes-Benz and purchased it immediately. Without hesitation, Mr. Bedford revised all the paperwork and had me in my new car that same afternoon. He has programmed his Cell Phone number into my Bluetooth so I can call him anytime with any questions. Now THAT is service. I plan to purchase my next auto from him and couldn't recommend Corey Bedford or Park Place more highly to anyone looking to purchase an automobile. It's not just a car; it's a driving experience. G.
