Great Experience - Other Dealerships should take a Lesson I arranged over the internet and through email the deal I wanted. Made a visit so that they could look at my trade and was done with the deal in an h I arranged over the internet and through email the deal I wanted. Shane worked up prices for us and when we came in to visit the dealership, we were greeted immediately and set up with the salesman Corey, who was both friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the Sienna in which we were interested. Everyone was very helpful and everything was done in great time. Our car was delivered when we wanted it and Corey took the time to go over every little detail. We are very pleased with Toyota of Greensburg and have already recommended the dealership to our daughter and son-in-law. More

There was no aspect whatsoever of pressure or dishonesty from anyone there. Every employee from the top echelon to the bottom was professional, courteous, highly capable, and genuinely friendly, treating me as though my satisfaction really mattered. There were absolutely none of the typical games one encounters at most dealerships. I must single out the exemplary attitude and conduct of sales manager Phil Giunto, who took a very active role in all aspects of my purchase. Phil's extremely positive manner and genuine enthusiasm were evident from the moment he made a point of coming over to introduce himself to me, and he was without a doubt the pivotal factor in my decision to buy. He gave me a real sense that I could trust him completely, and I did. He made sure the deal went down as agreed, including the installation of several add-on items which were unavailable until after the actual sale. Because of Phil Giunto, I give Toyota of Greensburg my absolute highest possible recommendation. This dealership is a class act overall, and I will be going there if my Toyota 4Runner ever wears out (they gave me a Lifetime Powertrain Warranty!!). More
