The dealership never disappoints. Spoke to Louis Long and he set me up with Cortlan. She did everything I asked and more. Took me out of a bad spot to a very good spot I had a unique experience. I had problems with an A4 that we leased and wanted out. My experience included getting me out of the lease and then to buy I had a unique experience. I had problems with an A4 that we leased and wanted out. My experience included getting me out of the lease and then to buy a new car. I worked with Rick, the service manager, and Cortlin, the sales representative. Rick pushed hard on my behalf with Audi USA and Cortlin was a straight-forward representative that was equally knowledgable with the Sales process and her knowledge of the vehicle itself. I enjoyed her professionalism and customer care; AND, of course I love my new Q8. More
