I initially found Crowne Mercedes by Googling the top Mercedes dealers in Ohio and Crowne came back as #1. I saw that Ken Stuart was one of the most highly rated Salesperson. I contacted Ken and that was Mercedes dealers in Ohio and Crowne came back as #1. I saw that Ken Stuart was one of the most highly rated Salesperson. I contacted Ken and that was all I needed to do. The purchase of my 2021 GLA 4matic was my best car purchase experience EVER. His attention to detail, the ability to really listen to what I wanted and presenting a very fair offer was nothing short of amazing. To top it off, he drove it 60 miles north to deliver it.
