I'm a returning customer for a reason and that has to do with world class service and a feeling that you're dealing with a friend and not someone looking to make money and tell you what you want to hear. I would reccomend Craig Cayetano to everyone anytime. His salemanager Greg is also a pleasure to work with and although I love my new pre owned 535, I look forward to dealing with these men in the future when the time comes.
I can actually almost walk to Paul Miller BMW which is here in Wayne however Park Avenue is in a class all their own and worth the 9.1 miles to get there. For anyone to go elsewhere is a total waste of time. Their service center is also off the wall fantastic as well.

This was my second visit to Park Ave and I was very impressed the way Craig handled my request for getting me out of my X3 lease and help me get into a 535i GT.
He was through and worked me all thru the process, he started off by getting what I was willing to pay and what downpayment terms I was willing to accept, even after stating that I am not willing to put much down, he still willingly worked with me and got me great GT.
I got the car on the 2nd and they were all extremely busy but never did I got a feeling that Craig was trying to rush me into a decision, he worked meticulously and did every thing systematically, he even took care of calling up my insurance agent and updating the insurance company with the new car details and also volunteered to return my plates to DMV.

A big thank you to Craig for getting me into this 535i GT !!!

This is my second BMW from Park Ave. Once again, Park Ave gave me the best price out of every BMW dealership I went to. They made the transition from one lease to the next very easy. Craig, the sales advisor, was friendly and knowledgeable. He found the exact car I wanted. He took the time to answer all of my questions and walk me through all of the new features of the 2013 328i. Ryan, the financial representative, was very thorough in his explanation of the paperwork that needed to be signed. They made my experience fun and stress free. I would recommend Park Ave BMW, Craig, and Ryan to anyone who is considering a BMW.

The best place to shop for BMW. Great prices, very friendly! This is a second car I'm getting up there! Once you get in, it's very hard to get out to any other car than BMW. The service is just amazing!
