Great Job Jim Ellis & Craig Ebrel I have purchased a 2016 and 2017 Yukon from Jim Ellis this year. Craig Ebrel has been my sales person on both sales and I specifically requested Craig I have purchased a 2016 and 2017 Yukon from Jim Ellis this year. Craig Ebrel has been my sales person on both sales and I specifically requested Craig on my second purchase after his great help on my 1st purchase. Craig was great to work with, as he was very professional, knowledgeable and did not apply any sales pressure on me while I was making my decisions. I have always dreaded going thru the process of buying/leasing a car but I can no longer say that after my recent trip to Jim Ellis MOG. I had the pleasure of working with Craig Ebel. He was able to make my experience not only a pleasure but fun as well. He has gone, in my opinion, above and beyond the call of duty as far as being helpful and patient with me. I also had a wonderful experience working with Dee Hong in Finance. He worked with me to get the best price and monthly payment that worked with my current budget. All in all, it was the best experience I have ever had in purchasing a car, by far!! More
