Have dealt with Finley for over 25 years for autos. Have found them to be friendly and helpful especially the service department. Only one complain about this time is that they could have explained tha Have found them to be friendly and helpful especially the service department. Only one complain about this time is that they could have explained that the car was not in the Costco list sooner. Also they could have explained the warranty a little sooner. But overall I have found this experience to be enjoyable. One last comment the salesman that were not busy were friendly and made you feel at home. More

I recently took possession of a 2025 Lincoln Aviator. For the first time I decided to build and order to be sure it was what I wanted. Our, salesman, Craig Jones, was very helpful with the initial proce For the first time I decided to build and order to be sure it was what I wanted. Our, salesman, Craig Jones, was very helpful with the initial process and was always available to keep us informed, especially since it took months to build and ship to the dealer. When the car arrived, Craig took pleasure presenting the car in the center of the showroom,. It was a special gesture. Craig was very detailed as he walked us through the process to include orienting us to the numerous features of the Aviator. Totally unorganized and chaotic. What should have been a simple easy transaction was miserable and frustrating. Financial lady took 2 hours to print forms wasting tons of paper and m What should have been a simple easy transaction was miserable and frustrating. Financial lady took 2 hours to print forms wasting tons of paper and my time. Paperwork should have been printed before I arrived as they knew I would be back at a set time. Craig was very pleasant. Damage to the tint on front windshield was covered by sales stickers and not revealed under after I signed car was as is. Kind of shady if you ask me. I was told all recalls were completed and I signed that they were but according to Jeep recall is still open. All in all, I had a better experience at Findlay Chevrolet 4 years ago. More
