I had a great experience buying my new 2012 Ford Focus from Ricart Ford. Bill Mcdaniel was extremely helpful and professional. He answered all they questions I had and he was very knowledgeable about different models, trim levels, and options. I would recommend that anyone shopping for a new Ford or Mazda, ask for Bill Mcdaniel to help them.

I have to admit it, I Realy enjoyed buying my newest ford from the Ricart dealership. The selection was the best I've ever seen at one location. The salesman Ryan was very patient with me while I compared vehicles and he answered all my questions. The sales manager Craig was also a joy to work with and he approached me in different ways to help me understand all aspects of this process. Jason sealed the deal with the best trade in value and new car price. He ask me what it would take, I told him and he sealed the deal with a handshake. The rest of the process was quick and easy and I will recomend the Ricart dealership to anyone that will listen. Thank you all for a pleasant car buying experience.

I have had the pleasure of having one of the best auto buying experiences that I have ever had in my entire life. From start to finish, I was not only greeted with utmost friendliness and courtesy, but experience and proactivity with regard to answering my questions thoroughly.

Immediately, I knew that I was in the right place for a great car buying experience. My questions were answered and I was treated with utmost respect.

This is my fifth car-buying experience and because of the wonderful experience I had at the Ricart Ford Dealership, I am a Ricart "lifer" as far as my auto buying goes.

I will never go anywhere else. The customer service post sale was awesome. They want to make sure that your car is well-maintained down to a science. I am getting 120 days of maintenance and free car-washes.

Congratulations to the Ricart Family and the Ricart Ford Dealership!!! They know a thing or two about selling vehicles and bringing oustanding customer service to the table. . . When Ricart says they are "dealin", it extends way beyond that- It is just a great experience all of the way around!!! I LOVE those people, and I'll be back!!!

Try to buy a Ford Escape in my home town but none of the dealers would help us get one so we decideded to visit Ricart Ford in Groveport, Ohio because it's a bigger dealer ship. We were treated with respect by Mr. Miller, he walk around with us looking for a new escape. He help us find one that had v-6 with 4-wheel drive. We knew that we didn't want a Black one, so he show us a beautfull Sterling Gray Metallic. By the time we were to go home with a New 2012 Ford Escape. So thank you Mr.Craig Miller for help us out and taking the time showing us are new Ford.

Craig Miller was very helpful in selecting just the right Explorer for my wife and I. He explained all the options that was on the vehicle and showed us how to use them.
He spent a lot of time with us and we didn't fell pressured to make a purchase at any time. Thank you Craig for making this sale a pleasure.

The staff was very friendly, informative, and helpful. They worked to make sure we were happy with the deal. I would definitely recommend them to friends. This was my second car from Ricart. It was a great experience.

Thanks to all you guys. We have purchased from Ricart before, and everything went good. So we had a sales guy picked out, Craig was still with Ricart and helped us choose two vehicles. Save the hassle and just go to see them, thats what I did.

My wife and I had narrowed our next car down to 3 different cars, the Ford Fusion being one of them. We were in the area, so thought we would stop by and test drive one. Well, our salesman, Craig Miller, made us feel very at ease and comfortable, and he found a car that had everything my Wife wanted. So we bought the car that day. Everyone made us feel comfortable that day, and there was no high pressure sales tactics used, which really puts me off. Craig went over everything about our new car, never had a salesman explain so much about a new car before I left the lot with it. He was very knowledgeable and made the day enjoyable. I know, I said enjoyable !! I usually dread the whole car buying experience.
