My Review Of Ricart Ford:

It was 7:45pm on a Saturday night when I walked into the Ford dealership; had been on the Ricart premises ALL DAY going from dealer to dealer with no luck. I knew the dealership closed at 8pm, but ROSS RICART greeted me and my husband as if time stood still. I can't even express how comfortable he made me feel from the moment I walked into the door. The people in financing/management WORKED A MIRACLE FOR ME to get me into the brand new car I ultimately picked out at the Ford dealership; they were just as determined as I was to get me into a new car at the price I could afford...... Says a lot for a car dealership. This was my first experience at Ricart and I can't believe I ever bought from anyone else. I will be a lifelong customer from this point forward. The experience was exactly what they advertise; Fast, Easy and Fun!!

Overall, our experience was simply pleasant. No high pressure sale and we got the customer service that I haven't seen ever at a car dealership. Every employee we worked with was just awesome and I know that we'll be recommending others and returning ourselves in the future for any car purchase.

I really enjoyed my experience at Ricart. I had not intended to purchase a car when I walked in, only to test drive and see what I liked. But I couldn't walk out on the great deal that Andrew helped to arrange. The staff treated me very well and has even called to check in since my purchase. I'll definitely recommend Ricart Ford to friends who are in the market!

My Review Of Ricart Ford:

When going to Ricart I was not looking forward to a pushy salesperson but I was surprise how relax Randall was. I did a lot of research and price checking online before I step on to any dealers lot but he still answer all my questions and when we did a test drive he let the car do the talking.

The day that I purchase the car I ask someone to come with me to do a second test drive. My friend notice that Ricart was the less pressure car buying experience hes ever been in.

Shane Gillespie was super helpful in Helping me pick out my new Mazda3- he helped me work numbers on both a Mazdaspeed3 and a 2.5L five door Mazda3, and helped me make the right decision between leasing and buying a car- without any pressure. I loved the experience and will definitely be back.
