Craig is AWeSomE! My husband and I visited another dealership where the gentleman was persistent about getting us a lower APR on a more expensive (new) car. After four My husband and I visited another dealership where the gentleman was persistent about getting us a lower APR on a more expensive (new) car. After four hours of declining his offers, and attempting to persuade him that we only wanted to buy used, we left for the night. The next evening we came to Gunn Honda, where we had previously purchased a used car and had a delightful experience doing so. We asked for the gentleman who sold us our last vehicle, but ended up being assigned to Craig. Best luck ever! We told him that we were pre-approved by our bank, wanted a used car, and had found four vehicles on the website that we wanted to test drive. Craig was all over it. We left with our Certified Used 2013 Honda Accord less than 2 hours later. More

Over the years we have dealt with him several times and each time we have been made to feel at ease w It was a real pleasure going back to deal Craig. Over the years we have dealt with him several times and each time we have been made to feel at ease with him. He has always been up front with us in the way he has presented the deal to us. Whenever we have been in the dealership for the maintenance of our other Honda's and we see him there is a hand shake and a smile and "let me know if there is anything I can do for you." This is what has brought us back to Craig, never mind the quality we have experienced with our Hondas'. We most certainly recommend Honda, Gunn Honda and Craig Simpson to our friends and family. More

Refreshing Experience I read reviews so I will write one. We can all use some help sometimes. How refreshing it is to go back in time when a man's word was his bond. I read reviews so I will write one. We can all use some help sometimes. How refreshing it is to go back in time when a man's word was his bond. This is the case with Craig Simpson. When he said something I could count on it. We are from the Dallas-Ft. Worth area but we could not find the Fit in the color we (my wife) wanted but we were told that Gunn Honda was going to get a shipment in with what we wanted. We called sales and was connected with Craig Simpson. He said they had received two Yellow Fits one with Navi and one without. They had sold the one without Navi which was fine because we wanted Navi. We told him we would take but would have to fly in two days later. We ask if he wanted a credit card number or a bank transfer but he said that would not be necessary. Two days later a monster rain storm was due and we didn't want to drive 300 miles on I35 with the rain, trucks, new car, but Craig called to ask if we really wanted to come down with these adverse weather condition about to happen. We took his advise and waited three more days, ask again about payments but told it was not necessary even though we were adding some extras. He said to call him when we got on the plane and he would pick us up at the airport. I hated to call him at six in the morning but I did and he was there when we arrived with a smile on his face. We went to the Gunn Honda to see and test drive the car. Craig introduced us to his assistant Kevin who took us for a test ride and explained all the features of the car. He later set up our phone and programmed the Navi with our home address. Now it was time for the dreaded paperwork. There are always extras they try to force on you but this was not the case with Gunn Honda. Patrick Ford was very knowledgeable to our needs and presented us with only the options that pertained to us. We were offered other things but just for our information. We paid cash for the car with a out of town personal check which is something a local (Chevrolet) dealer would not do for us. We had to go the bank and get a cashiers check. The next day Craig called to make sure we got home safe and sound. The people that work here don't work on commission. The only thing they want is to insure that you have a pleasant car buying experience. More

Further, they listened to what I was looking for in the purchase and found the car I described and within the budget I had set. This was done in record speed. I was disappointed only once (new employee mistake) but the service manager corrected the situation immediately. In my 10 + years of purchasing vehicles and getting service done here, I have never truly regretted any decision with regards to Gunn Honda!
