My Review of Gunn Honda:
Took my daughter in to purchase her first New car. Our salesman told us he had just started on his own. He listened to what we told him we wanted & showed us exactly what we were looking for. Give him a gold star & whoever trained him. Went over the car & explained features. While we were waiting for the dreaded paper trail to begin he took us for a tour. Showed us the service department & explained to my daughter how and where to bring the car in for service. He also explained to her she had a Team assigned to her.Osburn,the finance man saved us quite a bit of money. We walked in pre-approved & gave us a better rate than the bank.Give him a gold star too. Not only did he save us money,the process was enjoyable & professional.We had gone to two other dealerships & no comparison. Spoke to the sales manager & he went over a few things about Honda & Gunn that impressed her.My daughter said , Not that's how its done.She is sooo happy with the whole experience & her new civic.Thank you!

My Review of Gunn Honda:
Received personal, hand-written letter from Jed and decided to see what he had to offer. We were looking to trade-in two one-owner cars for a cross-over type vehicle as we down-size our life style. We went to the dealership, told Jed what we were looking for and he showed us what was available. We test drove a 2011 CRV and liked it very much. The dealership checked out both of our trade-ins and gave us, by far, the best trade-in values of any of the dealers we visited. Jed's customer service and the car sold us on Gunn Honda and to date, the experience has been better than expected. We do not foresee our relationship with Gunn changing, even though we have only been customers for one and a half weeks. Thank you very much!!

My Review of Gunn Honda:
Went to lease two vehicles at GUNN HONDA to replace our expiring leases with sub-par Ipaq Nissan. What an amazing experience. ALVARO "AL" CANTU did an exceptional job. He took care of us from the moment we got there to the moment we drove off with two vehicles at 10:30pm - they close at 9:00pm. Being used to other dealership's haggling and "wear out" methods, GUNN HONDA's One Simple Price policy was just of breath of fresh air. We actually spent hours driving cars and finding the cars we really wanted rather than driving one or two cars and then spending hours haggling trying to get what you think is the best deal. I am so please with the experience and the salesman that I am directing all my relatives to GUNN or GUNN HONDA if possible. A big thank you to ALVARO & VINCE for being so patient and really taking care of us - most of all ALVARO CANTU, a true asset to the GUNN company, an exceptional salesman, and an overall extremely nice person. GUNN HONDA has earned our business for as long as time permits.

My Review of Gunn Honda:
I was told one price one day and another price at purchase time. I was told one warranty in the morning and another in the evening at purchase time. I was told I would be accommodated because of appointments but was left stranded once for an hour and once for 20 minutes. I was told that my handicap license plates could be transferred and then at purchase time that they could not.

Because I had planned to purchase the vehicle (before all the above discrepancies came to light), I no longer had a vehicle in which to leave the dealership and had to find someone to pick me up.

It was a very disappointing and stressful experience.

They're very polite people but I advise any Gunn customer to get EVERYTHING in writing (and I mean everything) BEFORE you spend a whole day working with Gunn Honda on a used car purchase.

well where do I start..I've been a Gunn Honda customer since I bought my first Honda Accord from them in 1998..since then I have gone back and purchased all my cars from them and Mike Lents...he wasn't my first salesman at Gunn but he will definitely be my salesman as long as he is working there. I am a big Honda fan and a big fan of Mike Lents and the Gunn Honda crew. I always recommend them to family and friends....they have earned my business for life! Also Mike Lents frequently calls me on the anniversary of when I purchased my car and on my birthday!! What other car dealer does that?? Gunn Honda Rocks!

I made contact with Gunn Honda after spotting a Civic on their website. Being able to review their car inventory is a big plus. I had the good luck of getting in contact with Charlotte Lee. She made the sale a very pleasurable experience. All the staff was professional and courteous. I would recommend Gunn Honda to anyone.

My name is Nathan. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Gunn Honda. My wife had spoken with Claudette about the vehicle we bought. From the moment I stepped in customer service was great. Unlike many dealerships, I wasn't rushed or hounded and pushed to purchase. The car was completely opened so I could check everything. All issues I found were noted and immediately schedule for repair with a "We owe you" guarantee. My wife really hates dealing with dealerships, I admit I'm not crazy about it either. This has been a pleasant experience from the beginning. I feel confident about the future services with Gunn Honda.

My Review of Gunn Honda:
I have a Honda, 21 years of age. The Gunn Honda Company has consistently provided exceptional service, in all areas, to keep the car running consistently in its top capacity. This pride in both quality of customer and product service, and the care, provided by Gunn Honda employees towards both car and customer, starts from the time one sets foot outside their car, and, well, just never stops. This practice has remained constant throughout all the times I have had the car serviced there.

As an example, I was ready to drive my car back, when the blower motor quit. I would not have noticed, but one of the employees did, promptly brought my attention to it, and then worked the repair time back into their schedule. This was the Green team, headed by Sheila and John.

While waiting for that engine part to be replaced, Curtis and Brice of the parts department went over the appropriate fluids, etc. that would continue to be applicable to a car of 21 years.

After learning from their expertise, I asked the employees at Quick Service, to check and replace one of the fluids if needed, and these employees readily stepped in to continue to provide to the already noticable quality of service given.

They did all this and more. They repaired the window tint and mirror coverings.

The staff at Gunn Honda is familiar with each car, and remembers both the customer and said car from visit to visit. This approach to service is started by the welcoming staff both outside, and inside, the dealership, and sets the bar of expectations at a very high level, which each department meets, thru a high degree of coordination, communication and cooperation, from start to finish, seemingly effortlessly, each time I have brought the car in.

The Gunn Honda Company should be noted for the example and pride of both service and product, towards the cars and customers of Honda.

My Review of Gunn Honda:
I looked everywhere in Texas for a 2012 Honda Accord, determined to get the best price. Roger Munt explained Gunn's one simple price as competitive, and he wasn't kidding. Refreshing to know there is a dealership where you don't have to haggle in order to get the best price. I was impressed by their customer service - very professional and never once did I feel uncomfortable with the process. Since this was my first car purchase, Roger was very generous with his time answering all of my questions. He went out of his way to meet all of my expectations and ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. Gunn also made a very generous offer on my trade-in which sealed the deal. I highly recommend you visit them and ask for Roger. This is my second Honda...I drove my first accord up to 212,000 miles with no major maintenance issues. Very reliable cars. Roger and Gunn Honda have earned my business.
