Curt did an outstanding job. My 1 and only complaint is, prior to contacting me that the vehicle was done, the tech should have verified the problem was corrected. I have had my car for 3 months , in the past two weeks it has now been in the shop 3 times for the same problem . It had low miles and a warranty it should not be having these issues . Also no one even seems has now been in the shop 3 times for the same problem . It had low miles and a warranty it should not be having these issues . Also no one even seems to care or want to fix the issues . I was clearly sold a lemon , I will be contacting corporate and above and letting everyone know how horrible the Honda dealerships are . The technician took too much air out of the tires when rotating so driving away the warning light went on , requiring me to add air at another location but to clear the warning I needed to return to Basne rotating so driving away the warning light went on , requiring me to add air at another location but to clear the warning I needed to return to Basney.
