I am giving them only 1 star because of lots of reasons. When I bought my Nissan Rouge told them there are some break noise coming out after driving 1 week and took it into Roseville center. They checked e When I bought my Nissan Rouge told them there are some break noise coming out after driving 1 week and took it into Roseville center. They checked everything and said would not be anymore because of the issue has been fixed, but the truth is they never fixed it. So after driving few days the same noise came up again, then took it again in the same place service center and the guy came with me to take ride and look at it, he was pretending it nothing but I and my wife could hear everything the break was making noise like an old car but they ignored and reported all well. I did talk to the managers and they were saying we don’t know about service thing only the service department responsible for that so it was the worst customer service experience I faced. I got my car service done 2 weeks ago with the Tire rotation and I drove one week then I face the worst experience with the brakes. No is what one year to complete two to purchase my car and they didn’t fix my brakes yet and I’ve been there in the same service center a few times and didn’t fix my car yet. When I bought this car from the same service center the guy told me if I need to get my car wash or detailing Inside or outside then you can make an appointment to get done any of the Nissan service center in the California today I called them to get the detailing my car and they giving me a worst Customer service and denied to detailing in my car inside. First I Would suggest everyone please do not purchase the car from them go to the other dealership and see how they are providing your customer service, the second thing based on my experience they have worst customer service if you are purchasing from them please get everything in the written from the guy who delivering the services because of later on if you call them for any kind of service or issue they will go through the paperwork and can denied to provide your service. You will waist your money in this dealership. More
