Every time I come to this dealership my experience is bad in some way. When I purchased my car, it was a mess. I arranged a date and time to come get the car, which I confirmed with the sales person I’d be w in some way. When I purchased my car, it was a mess. I arranged a date and time to come get the car, which I confirmed with the sales person I’d be working with. Day of purchase my car wasn’t ready and the salesperson was off for a known training event, but hadn’t left the paperwork prepared. Then the dealership argued with me about being able to place my old plate on my new car, which is what I’ve done on 5 past occasions buying cars (and what my insurance company told me I was supposed to do). Every time I’ve had routine service it’s also been painful. Takes hours to get a basic oil change. Last year (after waiting 6 hours for basic routine service) I was missing two valve stem caps and the shielding under my car was left unsecured. Today I knew to check the caps, and was missing one again! But the absolute horror of this dealership is the cashier. Every time I’ve gone to pay it’s been the same woman. She has been unbelievably rude to me each time. One time she was exceptionally nasty because she’d closed her drawer early and had to reopen it for me (and two people behind me who also left their cars and came back after the workday). Today she was doing something when I walked up, so I stood politely and waited. After ignoring me standing at the counter for a few minutes without so much as acknowledging me or stating she’d be with me in a moment, she turned and snapped, “do you need something?” Despite her tone, I smiled and said I needed to pay my bill. The interaction continued downhill from there to the point that I kept asking her to please just run my credit card so I could leave. I have no idea why I keep torturing myself by giving them more chances to do things right. But I’m all set. I’ll find somewhere new to service my car. And won’t ever consider buying there again. It’s unfortunate since some of their staff have been very nice and helpful, but the last person I see each time treats me like dirt. When the service department is slow and sloppy, too… it’s a miracle they’re in business at all. More

Since I walked to the door, someone greeted me and opened the door for me which was very nice since I had a baby with me. Absolutely terrible experience with this dealer. Like other people have said I drove 2 hours to pick up my truck with the assurance I could bring it home and nothing was done. I was pre approved the price of the truck was done and monthly payment was agreed on. But I could not bring the truck home. I called 5 times to talk to a manager and never received a call. Stay away this place is not worth it. They do not care about you the customer. More

Complete scam. Sold them my paid off car, made a deposit on a RAV4 Hybrid and now that they have been bothering me via email, phone and in writing for a year to swap cars, at first for a 2020, now a 2021 wi on a RAV4 Hybrid and now that they have been bothering me via email, phone and in writing for a year to swap cars, at first for a 2020, now a 2021 with deals of no money down for 225/month (or other amounts), or reducing my current payment, I contacted them in May 2020 and never heard from them until August 2020 by a young lady who said someone would call me. That person didn't call me until October 28th, all the while I am still getting the ale notifications and reduction in payment notifications. After speaking to this gentlemen, he gives me some absurd numbers which exceed everything that's been sent to me and tells me its not his fault he is only part of the online sales department and to call my original sales person. My original sales person has never called back, instead I heard from the other gentlemen again who transferred me to his sales manager Andrew Rocco. Andrew Rocco and I go back and forth the first two calls because what he is looking at on the sale of my car and my lease contract contradicts what I was given. Upon the third phone call, I am driving and he starts rattling off everything about my contract including numbers and how he contacted the dealer I sold my car from without even a hello or asking if its okay to talk. I said excuse me, could I say something, and finally said I'm going to interrupt you and simply asked what I have to do to get rid of the car because I no longer wanted to business with them. He told me wait 7 months and they'll charge me $350 for not renewing or buying. My response: see you in 7 months. I only switched to Toyota on recommendation from a friend, and a poor experience with a service department of another company. I am extremely disappointment as I would of continued my business if everything was on the up and up, but clearly, they are just trying to push things on you. More
