Overall, this was a very painful experience I care not to ever have to go thru again. The negotiation process was difficult and overly drawn out and the entire process was very unpleasant for the most part. ever have to go thru again. The negotiation process was difficult and overly drawn out and the entire process was very unpleasant for the most part. We purchased two cars. One of the cars indicated a low key FOB battery. We requested it be replaced and we were told it would be done. It was not done and we had to get it done on our second visit. The other car was not ready on the day of purchase, but was promised the day after. We came back the day after and 1) the key had been taken home by another employee of the dealership who was unreachable so we could not take it home that day 2) some minor work that was supposed to be completed the day we planned to pick up was not done and, even after promising it would be done the next morning, still was not completed and 3) the key FOB provided for the second car had a completely dead battery. We decided yet another visit was not worth the pain and will deal with key FOB battery and the leftover issues on our own. I will also say that not providing two keys for each car as part of the transaction is very poor customer service. Our salesman was nice enough, but we lost trust in his ability to deliver what he promised, both in timing and completeness. He failed on all counts in this area. The sales manager spent a lot of time with us during the negotiation, but he drew the process out unnecessarily long in my opinion and was a tad too dramatic in his protestations on the pricing we were trying to agree upon. The financing process was ok overall, but Lamar was borderline condescending at one point. I get this was not a huge sale, but I felt very unimportant to everyone there, and I am sure I was, but this is not the way any customer should be treated. I also want to point out that the first car was not detailed well as far as I could tell, and was sitting outside in the rain when we went to drive out with it. The second car was not detailed at all on the inside as far as we could tell. It was not vacuumed and was dusty. I am reasonably certain I will never visit this dealership again. I am pretty sure I still overpaid for the cars I purchased and nothing about my experience there even remotely makes me satisfied enough to overlook that. I will lastly mention that the financing terms were horrendous given my 800+ credit score. The only reason I accepted them was to build credit for my two children who are owners of the cars and fresh out of school. More

So the sales men were great. Sabrina was great. The issue I have is. The lack of communication. Once I got to the finance room after explaining that I’m waiting on a check from G Sabrina was great. Then Thursday I called and told a receptionist that I’m coming to get my car that night. She said someone will call me. I did not receive a call. So I text Sabrina. No response. I called again and the rep said someone will call. No call. So I then text the finance guy. No response. I come to the dealership around 630 as told multiple times. They then proceeded to tell me they don’t have my check from my credit union. I showed proof of delivery and who sign for the check. They tell me no one by that name works there.(m.mario) was the name. So after arguing that I’m not leaving without my car. I was then told I have to sign a back up contract. Which I was fine with because I know my credit union is legit. I even pulled up my app to show my loan. Well after an hour of arguing. Someone finally called the finance guy and said yes, M. Mario work in parts and he signed for my check. So after all that. My check was found. I by passed 4 other dealerships coming from west palm to this location. And let me tell you. It was a head ache. The finance manager wouldn’t even knock 940.00 off the total cost. I wasn’t asking for much! And the director had no interest in help locating my check. I even had proof of the check my credit union emailed me. More
