While visiting friends in Macon, GA my car died. I had to get it towed to Hutchison on a Sunday. Tow truck driver was suppose to leave my info at dealership but he didn’t. Trey at Hutchinson tracked I had to get it towed to Hutchison on a Sunday. Tow truck driver was suppose to leave my info at dealership but he didn’t. Trey at Hutchinson tracked down my contact and called me first thing Monday morning. He said he would have it looked at but probably wouldn’t be resolved that day. He called me back about 3 hours later to tell me my car was fixed and ready to go so we could travel back home to Alabama! Trey went over and beyond!!! We are very impressed with Trey and Hutchinson GMC! I highly recommend Hutchinson because of my experience with Trey! More

While on a return trip home from vacation a battery light came on. We were near Macon ga and called Hutchison and spoke with Trey, he directed us to the dealership, met us on arrival and had the car check ou came on. We brought car in for an Oil Change and Tire Rotation. Asked Dean to check the Navigation System because it would allow us to sign in or input any information in. When making my appointment the Clerk said it would be $110 before promotion coupon. At check out notice bill was higher after applying the Coupon. We questioned the amount and was told that the tire rotation was $40.00. We advised him that tire rotation was previously done free with the Oil Change along with a Car Wash. Dean stated that they had 35 cars to be washed. ?????? !! We asked for a rain check and was told NO on the rain check. We noticed the NAV System was never written on the Work Order therefore never checked. If we just wanted an Oil Change, we could have taken it to a 10 minutes drive through or even Firestone. We bring it to you expecting when we leave everything is okay with car, not wondering. More

I did have problems using the website to schedule the service at the dealer. The day of the service, i was met with no waiting by the service adviser. Agent didn’t even have my vehicle washed. They always wash it and when asked he said that I needed to ask for it. That has never been the case.
