She kept in touch with me with class and never became a pest, as a result of her professionalism I did not visit any other KIA dealership. Today I was ready we drove 2 different cars and she made the purchase as seamless and enjoyable as could be. I would recommend her to anyone buying a KIA! More

So Patient! I love my new car! Noell was extreamely patient answering all my questions and making sure that her answers were correct. Given that I spend hours for I love my new car! Noell was extreamely patient answering all my questions and making sure that her answers were correct. Given that I spend hours for multiple days researching the potential cars that met my criteria and even test drive a contender in a different dealership, it was a relief having someone with me who could be straight forward! The mountain of paperwork required to Buy a car is of course ridiculous but DJ made the process as easy as possible and took the time needed to ensure I understood everything. He even took a number of calls the following day. Honestly, you can't go wrong working with either Noell or DJ. Now let's just hope the Sweeney service department also lives up to it's reputation! More

#Blessed Went in thinking that things would never work out. Had the credit score but no credit history. It took about a week, but things turned out amazing. Well that in itself can be a real challenge. Finding what is right & shopping around different dealers, alone all the sales men/women who would love your business. After many weeks of visiting different dealers & people calling leaving me messages. I had the pleasure of meeting Noell, it was 92+ degrees & felt even hotter walking around the lot. I explained my situation & I was looking, but hadn't made a decision on make, model, or brand. She was patient, allowed me to look, & most importantly did call me every day. During my visit I had the pleasure of also meeting Mr. Sweeney, who is one nicest guys & then we left. After careful consideration & 2 move visits we made a decision. My husband had decided to purchase a KIA Soul. While waiting that's when Mr. Sweeney saw I wasn't thrilled he made me a deal. So not only did we leave with the Soul, but an Optima too. Not only did everyone from Cody doing finance, DJ reviewing our final paperwork, Mr. Sweeney, & Noell who was willing to do whatever she could to help make things easier- This experience was one of the best! I would highly recommend visiting Sweeney KIA More

We found one we liked, got it for a price we liked and quickly out the door. Only issue came up was the tech detailing our car ran over a nail and damaged the tire. Staff made it right by finding a tire and having it delivered since none were in Stock. Sales manager offered to give us a loaner and pay for lunch while the tire was being put on. Noelle, Dj and the sales manager really went above and beyond for us. More
