It was a pleasure to work with Donna. She seems to know every detail about her job. She kept me informed about my repairs, the pricing, and how long the repair was going to take. The maintenance staff there seems very detail oriented as well. My car was clean inside and out. I highly recommend this facility over any other. More

Went to an appointment on a Saturday. Took at least 15-20 minutes to check in as there were only 2 people working as someone had called out. As it was the weekend, there was no cashier Took at least 15-20 minutes to check in as there were only 2 people working as someone had called out. As it was the weekend, there was no cashier or operator to answer the phones. Although Donna, as always, was courteous and efficient, having to do 3 jobs, while short handed, was obviously very taxing. Once the vehicle was in it only took a half hour to change the oil and rotate tires and then a few more minutes to pay and checkout Again, service was good as it could be under the circumstances, but phones constantly ringing, having to do cashier functions as well as processing the appointment, is too much to expect a staff of 2 to have to handle. I rated her service as a 5, but the experience itself as a 2. It would be a much better experience if there was someone to assist with phones and payment. Understand that a business needs to be efficient, but having at least 1 additional staff is a small investment that would have been a much better experience. More
