Poor customer service will be using a different dealership. Was left a voicemail of truck results and was told other parts were broken to fix the original issue. Service Dept checked a different is dealership. Was left a voicemail of truck results and was told other parts were broken to fix the original issue. Service Dept checked a different issue non related to my service appt— fuses only to have them handed to me at the counter for me to service myself. I used a dealership close to home for a 2nd time but leaving with my vehicle after service results vehicle still having the same issues after they had vehicle for 3-4 days. Person that did my original test drive was not same driver before leaving with my vehicle. This doesn’t fall on my customer service at the front desk but the service Dept. More

Service department over book for routine maintenance like oil changes. Requiring customers to site and wait multiple hours waiting on a 30 min oil change. Used to be better. Very disappointing to see companies like this more concerned about profits than customer satisfaction. More
