However, we spent a number of hours waiting twice to meet with the financial officer to ask addition questions and sign off on the paperwork. We learned later that you were short staffed on those days, but we would have appreciated honesty and the chance to go out to get some food during the over 2.5 hours we waited the evening of Friday, January 19 to sign the paperwork. (On that day we arrived at 4:30 pm directly from work, and did not finish until nearly 9 pm). Then we waited an additional 60+ minutes on Monday, January 22. We understand that delays happen and things take time. But it was still disconcerting and aggravating to have well intentioned salespeople repeatedly tell us that the finance person would see us "soon." We had an additional concern: we signed and initialed a number of papers sitting at the desk with Eric Coale, and we asked if we would get copies. He assured us that we would get copies of everything. While we did receive copies of the financial documents that we signed with Mark (by email late in the evening), those did not include the Car Fax and other information that we signed on paper documents with Eric. We had to call on Saturday to request them. Mark then emailed some but not all of that paperwork. We did not receive, for example, the sheet indicating the charges that Eric generated for our negotiation. In addition, we never received the list of the upgrades on the car. One document, seen only briefly, appeared to indicate that the car had a moonroof -- it does not, and that was fine with us because we don't like them, but we wondered if we were paying for upgrades that were not actually on the car. We realize that it was our fault for not asking more questions - we were quite tired by that time on Friday. On Monday, Dabari went over everything in detail, but still we only have an oral explanation. He indicated it such a list was not really available. We gave up asking. We remain puzzled as to why it was so difficult to generate a digital or hard copy list of features. But overall, we were satisfied with the discussion and the adjustment to the price in light of the car's higher actual mileage than mileage advertised. Aside from these few concerns, we are generally satisfied with the answers to our questions and the helpful information provided. We are happy with the car, and think that the dealership has good people working for it, but communication could be improved regarding the available copies of all papers signed, and the length of wait time required.
