My Review of Gatorland Toyota:
It is a long story but I will it boil down to this: The salesman and I agreed on a price that would include dealer fees. I put a deposit down on the vehicle. I was told I would have the vehicle in 2 days. It arrived two weeks later. When I saw a charge on the bill and asked what it was for, I was told it was for "title fees." After reviewing the paperwork at home, I found fine print which actually described the fee as typical dealer fees. There was even an additional line for title fees. When I called them to point out the mistake and that they owed me the money, they went from friendly to nasty in a heartbeat. I was told that I signed the paperwork and that was that. I explained to them that I had asked a question about the charge and that they misrepresented the charge at the time of the sale. They could have cared less. As long as I signed the paperwork, it was done. The customer service rep said she would talk to the owner about it and get back to me. She never did. One employee even hung up on me. I would never want any of my friends or family members to deal with that group of people.

My Review of Gatorland Toyota:
Mr. Gibbs was very professional! I may have been totally ripped off (aren't we all in the end?), but I never felt like he was yanking my chain or talking down to me because I'm a woman. He took care to explain everything in detail and made sure I understood the terms of the sale completely before I drove off the lot. I love my new car, and I'd buy from him again!
