I went to Frontier Toyota looking for one specific used car that was advertised online. I arrived at the lot and couldn’t see it anywhere. I loved that I wasn’t immediately swarmed by salespeople, and I so car that was advertised online. I arrived at the lot and couldn’t see it anywhere. I loved that I wasn’t immediately swarmed by salespeople, and I sought out and easily found help. Daisy was so helpful and found the car I was looking for, and after getting it brought to the front lot, we went for a test drive. The Frontier staff was helpful, and after some negotiations we settled on a fair price. The worst part was how many documents I had to sign just to buy a car, it seemed like it took forever! More

On February 1, 2024, I leased two hybrid Camry’s with Daysi Garcia who showed great customer care and assisted with all our needs. I had an opportunity to interact with a sales manager named Oscar Morale Daysi Garcia who showed great customer care and assisted with all our needs. I had an opportunity to interact with a sales manager named Oscar Morales, who could not help us because with could not provide some needed documentation, a situation that I can understand and appreciate. However, during this interaction, I found the manager’s behavior dismissive, and rude. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also adversely affected my experience and perception of Frontier Toyota. More
