Dealership didn’t quite meet my expectations on trade in value for our one owner used Subaru but better than the dealer upriver offered by a margin. We paid full sticker price and financed half the cost of the new Outback at 3.9%. Overall we were pleased with the great staff and with the new Subaru which we plan to keep for a good few years. Rated highly with all safety features. The IT person (Preston) was very helpful in explaining all of the features of the car. I would recommend W&L for a new or used car purchase. More

Dealership was responsive to my inquiry. Have two issues with them. They never got the second key from the person who traded in the vehicle that I bought. Found out the first time I used the windshield wipers that they were torn when supposedly the service department went over the vehicle. Makes me wonder how closely they went over it. More
